Make your home stand out from the rest of the houses on the market.

When selling your home, let prospective buyers see it at its best and imagine themselves living there. De-clutter to highlight your home’s best features and allow people to imagine all the possibilities your home has to offer. Make the rooms, the closets, basement and garage look bigger by removing all the things you don’t want or need anymore.

Start early

Start going through your stuff before you call in a Realtor! Sorting all that has accumulated in your home can be daunting, so give yourself enough time to process the stuff you don’t want and choose those things that will go to your next home. It is not easier to have a deadline when there is this much to be done, and it often causes unnecessary stress. I can make it easier and help the process move quicker, but it never hurts to do it sooner.

De-clutter, de-clutter, de-clutter!

Removing excess furniture, knick-knacks, and anything you no longer want or need will make the house feel more spacious. When selling your home, show buyers the full potential and all it has to offer. People will look in the closets, the kitchen cabinets and the basement. Clutter-filled storage areas leave a bad impression, giving the feeling that there isn’t enough storage in your home. If your counters are cluttered, people will believe there isn’t enough space in your cabinets. Create the house everyone wants to live in, and maybe you’ll even enjoy it more.

Call me to help clean out your closets, basement, attic and garage to make them feel larger, and show them off as assets. It’s easier to keep an organized home “show ready” for Realtors and packing will be so much simpler!
